Team Assistant

BASE's lawyers are supported on a daily basis by Team Assistants. As a Team Assistant, you are responsible for the organisational and secretarial part of the office. In all possible ways, you support the lawyers. Are you a student who wants to gain experience in legal practice? Then this vacancy is also meant for you.

You will work in a young and driven team of trained Team Assistants and students. This is why we are looking for energetic people who pick up new work quickly, who are strong communicators and who work accurately. Experience is not required. However, we would like to see that you speak and write Dutch excellently, that you have adequate knowledge of MS Office, are representative and have a professional attitude.

What to expect

As a Team Assistant, you will work in a close-knit team: we work hard, but we also laugh hard. Together, we take on all the tasks necessary to keep BASE's practice running smoothly and to make BASE a great place to work. We would be happy to explain how over a cup of coffee. You can then also take a look at our gym and the best view in Rotterdam. We can tell you that our terms of employment are in line with market practice.
