Iris is a lawyer with very broad experience within commercial litigation at BASE, but also in the international insolvency practice at RESOR in Amsterdam and as a State attorney at PelsRijcken. Back to the nest at BASE, she assists national and international clients in commercial and corporate disputes of various kinds. Her strength lies in her sharp analyses and ability to come up with creative solutions. As a registered mediator, she knows how to find solutions outside the courtroom in a way that is more constructive and faster for the parties better than anyone. Nevertheless, Iris takes just as much pleasure in donning her robe and arguing her clients' case competently and clearly in court.
