Ruben has more than 25 years of experience in the legal profession and specialises in corporate and (international) commercial litigation. He conducts proceedings on all kinds of commercial disputes and has extensive experience in, for example, shareholder and takeover disputes. Ruben quickly wins confidence with his knowledge and experience. He often takes a slightly different view of a case and thus knows how to work towards a solution quickly. If necessary, Ruben knows which legal measures to take in the interest of his clients. Ruben represents parties in the Enterprise Chamber, the ordinary civil courts and in arbitration proceedings. He also regularly assists parties that have been adversely affected by commercial fraud.
